Spinach cream soup with young peas
To prepare, take the ingredients:
200 g green peas
200 g of potatoes
80 g onion
1.2 l chicken broth
10 ml olive oil
4 tbsp sour cream
Salt and pepper — to taste
Over low heat in chicken broth, cook the peas, 200 g of spinach, chopped onion, peeled potatoes until tender. After that, whisk the mass with a blender.
In olive oil, fry the spinach, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the cream soup on plates and garnish with sour cream and spinach.
